Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: software-center

I am using ubuntu 10.04 final.

I found this bug in software-center-2.0.4.

I noticed that when you try to maximize the ubuntu-software-center window there
is a pause (around 3 seconds).
I expected the ubuntu-software-center window to be maximized like any other
application (ex: Synaptic package manager) but instead there was an abnormal
pause between when hitting the button to it being maximized.

How to reproduce the bug:

1.) Open ubutnu software center
2.) Hit the maximize button
3.) There is a pause between when hitting the button to it being maximized

Additional information:

My window-manager is Compiz, and my window decorator is GTK.
The bug can be reproduced on any theme with GTK. (Never tried emerald)
