Binary package hint: cheese
On my Asus EeePC 1201T, Cheese crashes shortly after starting up. The
webcam's light never turns on. However, Kopete is able to use the
camera just fine.
I did some digging, and it turns out that "g_list_sort (g_list_copy
(priv->formats), compare_formats)" returns NULL. My efforts to discover
the root cause of the crash were stymied by my inability to build Cheese
without optimization.
