When I kill X and start it from the command line with "startx" it consistantly failes with the same error ("Failed to submit batchbuffer: Input/output error").
Also, just before that line, and not written to anywhere but the console, is: "../../intel/intel_bufmgr_gem.c:901: Error setting to CPU domain 3: Input/output error" I typed that, so it could have typos, but I checked several times. I disabled a bunch of stuff in my xorg.conf which I think has a pretty good chance of stopping the crashes. No feeling on effect on performance yet. ** Attachment added: "xorg.conf possibly stopping crashes" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/49099504/xorg.conf -- X keeps crashing in Lucid https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/582564 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
