I thought, the latest upstream-kernel is the 2.6.34 RC7. - How can I
find out what is the mainline build? I used the variant with "generic"
in it's filenames.

Unfortunately I will not have time to test during the next days and it
might be that I have to ship that machine to the end user then. I have
that machine since Lucid release now for testing which already is
quite a long time.
