Mostly just want to confirm this problem.  I have two monitors of
different sizes and in 8.10 the background just stretched across both
screens and filled them up completely--no hassles.  I've tried all of
the various options and can't replicate this behavior in 10.04.  I even
regenerated the fractal so that the image had the same dimesions as the
combined screens and used "span".  It actually <em>shrank</em> the image
the centered it--part of it on one screen part of it on the other, but
lots of uncovered space around the image.
