Fresh install from desktop CD 10.04; Intel E2200 cpu, ECS 945GCT-M 1333 v.3 motherboard, ide cd, SATA HD, Intel GMA950 graphics, trendnet gigabit PCI ethernet card.
Symptoms: Same as other reports. Screen freezes: no mouse or keyboard. Pressing capslock does not turn light on or off. Update manager continues to download. Did 3 hard resets in 20 minutes. No previous problems running 8.10 or Suse SLES 10 SP2. Deleted Ubuntuone to no avail. Hopefully somebody will come up with something. Might wind up backing off to 9.10. Cheers, G.
