I don't know how to reproduce the crash but it happens quite often and only during user interaction (clicking a link, closing a tab)... The crash won't happen as long as you leave SeaMonkey idle for a while (even with many tabs open). It seems to happen on 64-bit systems only.
The best step to reproduce the crash is very active browsing; open many tabs, click on every link you see and chances are that it will crash pretty quickly... If it doesn't for a long active session, then it's fixed. I use it daily and all day long so I'll be happy to test it for you... Just tell me what I have to do to install the test build.
