Upgrade tool does not work. I get the error message:

(According to some posts above, only the last two lines matter).

I had a look at https://wiki.kubuntu.org/KubuntuDistUpgrade. I do not
have kubuntu-desktop, but if I understood correctly, it is only required
to install the upgrade tool, right?
