This is dmesg output with kernel 2.6.20.3-mactel (with patches from http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/mactel-linux/trunk/kernel/mactel- patches-2.6.20/) after the issue arises. I'm sorry I don't have the dmesg output from the same kernel when it worked perfectly, but it really did.
