Public bug reported:

When we install some hunspell languages dictionaries packages (for example
hunspell-fr), we have many dictionaries : for hunspell-fr : Canadian,
Switzerland, Belgium, France.
Most of the time, the user only needs one of them, but it has no choice. and
for example in thunderbird, it is very boring to permute between french-France
and english-England dictionaries when we have a list of 10 dictionaries (see
attachment).

So i think there should have one hunspell package per language-country.

Thanks!
