I put Ubuntu's desktop image on an 8GB usb stick using kubuntu's front end. Maybe there's something I'm missing here, but my pc won't even recognize the prepared stick as bootable and goes straight to grub2, even when I specially select the stick from the built-in (in the on-mainboard ROM) boot menu. Any suggestions?
