I might have found a quick fix to this problem. NOTE: I have Ubuntu
10.04 (Lucid) x64.

1. In Synaptic Package Manager install
"gstreamer0.10-fluendo-plugins-mp3-partner". It is an enhanced MP3 codec file.
2. Install EasyTag. In Terminal "sudo apt-get install easytag" (without
quotes).
3. Once it's downloaded, go to the program in the Application menu (under
Sound & Video).
4. Navigate to your music library and select every file in it (Ctrl + A).
5.     Click File -> Save File(s) (Or just click Ctrl + S).
6.     FIXED!!
