Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
I could not get Evolution to send outgoing mail through GMail after following the instructions in the documentation (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UsingGmailWithEvolution). When someone sent me to a different set of instructions (http://linuxparadummies.blogspot.com/2007/10/configurar-tu-cuenta-de- gmail-en.html) I tried cutting the"@gmail.com" from my login and it worked.
