Can it be because 'The Hague' location coordinates are quite inaccurate?

Ubuntu thinks that The Hague is at (52.183334, 4.416667).
But on Google Maps it is Katwijk at this location.
Besides, Wikipedia says that The Hague is at (52.083333, 4.316667)
Which is exactly (-0.1, -0.1) (!) off from coordinates in Ubuntu.

P.S. Rotterdam coordinates are also a bit off from what Wikipedia says.
But this time it is arguable and the 'mistake' is not so 'clean'
(Ubuntu: 51.950001, 4.450000; Wikipedia: 51.930833, 4.479167)

P.P.S. I've also checked Reims, France from the previous comment. The
difference is not so big and 'obvious'. But Wikipedia again has more
accurate coordinates, closer to city center while Ubuntu points to
airport nearby (Ubuntu: 49.299999, 4.033333; Wikipedia: 49.26278,
4.03472)
