Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. It sounds like you are
describing the intended behaviour for Firefox. When the Home button is
clicked, the home page should display in the currently-active tab. If
that is indeed the behaviour you are experiencing, then this is not a
bug. I'm marking the bug as invalid but, please let us know if we have
misunderstood anything by marking the bug as new.
