Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bleachbit

I am running Ubuntu 10.10, Maverick. The version of bleachbit is
0.8.0-1. When I have installed bleachbit before, there was a version
for root as well as a version for a regular user. Now, only one version
was installed - the one for a regular user, with no password and no
special privileges. This means I couldn't use bleachbit (as installed)
to clean out my apt cache.
