I am not using any scripts ... I'ts just not shutting down anymore. I have a ZOTAC ION ITX-F Mainboard in a standalone, diskless mythfrontend. Originally I installed Mythbuntu 9.10 which was working fine for me (including the shutdown feature) but with MYthtv 0.22. Then I upgraded to Mythbuntu 10.04 which did not break anything but the I moved to the weekly Mythtv builds afterwards which broke the shutdown behaviour ...
