I selected the menu item "digital signatures".It then said I have to save the document (which was blank) to continue but I selected cancel.Then I made a quick test document, selected "Save As" which seemed to work but the crash occurred just a bit later.First the screen went darker which probably indicates heavy CPU usage,I then tried to exit and then the crash report option appeared.
