Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: language-selector

I have setup my Lucid system for english language and dutch text
settings. To my surprise some apps start up in the dutch language. (ie
calibre, a QT app). Also, gnome-language-selectors says at startup it
want to install additional language files. When I investigate, it wants
to download dutch language files, but I didn ask for dutch language
files, only dutch text settings.
