Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: grub2

Hi guys!

System - Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, 64Bit, Fresh Installation on seperate partition.
Installed on an HP DV5 laptop, 3GB RAM, 120GB Partition.
Problem - Tried to install the suggested Kernel Update (both of the last ones)
from the Update Manager with no luck for a few days now :(
What happened - I keep getting Error 127 as reported in the Crash Bug. Don't
know how to let the system 'release' this update and move on.

Would be nice if:
* A new Kernel/Update will sort this out :)
* A guide/thread will show on Ubuntu Forums addressing this problem and telling
us normal humans how to tell the system to ignore this update.

Point of light:
* Very nice the system didn't go bananas after the update failure and just kept
on going.

Guys, Ubuntu is awesome, you are doing a great job. Long time windows user,
finally took the plunge and never looked back ever since.
Been converting other people as well so I'm spreading the love!

Keep it going guys!

Sagi
