** Description changed: The MySQL server 5.1 in Ubuntu Lucid ships the InnoBase InnoDb plugin in /usr/lib/mysql/plugin/. Though this directory belongs to the MySQL server package it is not allowed by AppArmor. The shipped InnoDb plugin in this directory therefore can only be loaded by adding something like: /usr/lib/mysql/plugin/ r, - /usr/lib/mysql/plugin/ mr + /usr/lib/mysql/plugin/* mr to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld Please note: This is about "InnoDb plugin", not the default InnoDb engine.
