Public bug reported: Binary package hint: amsn
In Lucid 64-bit (upgraded from Karmic using alternate CD) aMSN freezes for seconds while typing in a chat window, and then become responsive again. I can switch to any other windows like nautilus or whatever, but when switching back to that frozen window I find it still frozen, I have to wait for few seconds till it become responsive, any keystrokes I do are actually being sent but not displayed on realtime. Rephrase: What happening is while I am typing in an aMSN chat window, it freezes, any key presses or mouse clicks are not shown, and all keystrokes I typed while frozen or mouse scroll are actually sent, but not displayed until it releases the freeze. What should happen is I be able to see what I type or mouse scrolls all the time, this freezing is weird behaviour.
