Actually i think it IS the first time I reported a bug about a non standard package on launchpad. But its for from the first time that a bug that affects me gets either plainly ignored, declared invalid, marked "wont fix", or just end up in an endless discussion and never gets fixed anyway. From the about 20 bugs i've participated so far in total, just one got fixed. That makes a success rate of let me see ... about 5%. So pardon me if I am not overly confident in the ability of this system to get problems solved. Seems more and more like a large waste of time to report them in the first place.
