   - yes, it is reproducible.

 * If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug?
   - Create two users.  user1, user2
   - set 'Log in as user1 automatically', set 'Allow 5 seconds for anyone. .
. ' in System -> Administrator -> Login Screen
   - set 'password not asked on logon' to user2 in System -> Administrator
-> Users &
   - When machine has booted up ( only for the first time ), select user2
   ( Now the machine tries to login to user2, but then returns back to the
login screen )
   - select user2 again
   ( Now login is successful )

   This problem doesn't occur for subsequent logins.

 * How do you configure an user to not require a password to login?
   3rd bullet in the above answer.
