@fast ninja: Did your cursor disappear in Eclipse, or all across the desktop? If it's not strictly Eclipse-related, then it might be a different bug. If the cursor only disappears in Eclipse, it'd would suggest that the bug is tied to something happening in video drivers, and would explain why Niels and Benjamin can't repro.
