Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: cameramonitor

I have two video devices on my system, a Microsoft LifeCam Cinema USB web cam,
and an ATI HDTV Wonder PCI HDTV/NTSC tuner card. Unfortunately Ubuntu is
inconstant between boots as to which one is /dev/video0 or /dev/video1.
Camera Monitor does not appear to allow me to run more than one instance, and
only lets me specify one /dev/video to monitor. This means that half the time
Camera Monitor will not tell me that the camera is on, and if I could ever get
the NTSC part of the ATI HDTV Wonder to work, it would falsely claim the camera
was on when the tuner was in use.
