Still here. See bug #596012. A workaround is: move the window half out of the top of the screen, using key-triggered move, so that the bottom edge is half-screen. Then resize the window using the keyboard again, drawing the bottom edge to the bottom of the screen. Adjust the options to your taste and then resize the windows back to its original size (otherwise you cannot close it) with the same trick.
