OK, thanks for replying Sebastien. I guess I'll just post this here as well, it's a Samba GUI Replacement that has been spec'd in Launchpad and on the Wiki, and it has some screenshots as well which ties into the first-time wizard, but it does need a GUI for setting up users like the one that David posted. But I wonder if it's better to put in the GNOME User Manager or a Samba user manager.
