Steps to reproduce:

sudo aptitude install git-daemon-run
sudo sv status git-daemon
sudo sv stop git-daemon
sudo sv start git-daemon
sudo aptitude purge git-daemon-run

The removal of package seemed to fail bacause removal of user account
failed because that user account had a process running.
