Hello Sebastien Bacher Forgive my English and thank you for attending the issue.
I don't know what updates exactly - I didn't really read the update dialog before accepting it. I just let the system do it's occasionally system update. Is there a way to know what was the last system update? (I asked people in an Ubuntu Chat, and they say Nautilus is taking only 30-50 mega of memory.) Do you want me to sent you more details?
