Public bug reported: Was resuming desktop PC in the morning after suspending the previous night. First time I have tried this. On pressing the power-on button on the case, the keyboard, mouse, and monitor did not respond (USB mouse & keyboard had no power [e.g. no light on the mouse's sensor], and the monitor had no signal). Had to hold down the power button to force the computer to turn off, and then boot normal. All of the suspended state /open-apps/etc were lost.
This was Ubuntu 9.10, so I will try upgrading this system to the latest 10.04 in a few weeks, and will retry suspend/resume with that release & see if still happens, and will add a comment with the results. ProblemType: KernelOops Annotation: This occured during a previous suspend and prevented it from resuming properly.
