This patch: 1) Replaces artifical 3-letter weekday abbreviations with 2-letter, without trailing dots. Such abbreviations are intended for calendar headings, so have no dots. 2) Adds geninitive, lowercase month names as alternative digits (for use with %Om sprintf specificator).
