I figured out that indeed one mixer wasn't turned up all the way. Mixer LFE. It was muted. After I unmute it, sound is normal. The strange thing is that if I turn the LFE mixer bar all the way up, or all the way down, nothing changes. I believe lfe is for surround setups, which this is not. So, I shouldn't even have lfe.
