Can anyone please explain what Akonadi is and why it is suddenly needed by Kontact? My Akonadi is not running and I don't know how to make it run. My Kontact does not start at all after upgrading to Lucid (Ubuntu 10.4) The following line keeps on scrolling when I start Kontact in Terminal: kontact(1999)/libakonadi Akonadi::SessionPrivate::socketError: Socket error occurred: "QLocalSocket::connectToServer: Connection refused"
