I'm running 1.2.2-0ububtu2. The workaround they told me in the bar last night for "invalid token" (in the attached debug log) is to: kill the ubuntuone-login and syncdaemon processes and remove the ubuntuone token from GNOME keyring. Then, the UbuntuOne client let me re-add this computer and things are working again.
