Same problem on Dell E6510. If the touchpad cannot work with palm-
detection or disable-when-typing, I'd really like to disable it, since
it gets in the way both when typing and when pressing the mouse buttons
*above* it. Accidental clicks caused by tapping the top of the touchpad
is turning into a very real annoyance.

So please, is there at least *any* way to disable the touchpad
completely, and only have the stick and its three associated buttons
enabled ?
