On a lucid machine with several NFS and NFS4 mounts specified in
/etc/fstab, no share is mounted. /var/log/boot.log does not contain any
traces of an attempt at mounting a share.

$ sudo mount -a mounts all shares, but throws errors for each filesystem
like 'mount.nfs: /backup is busy or already mounted'
