it it will be recreated on the next login.
For some reason, deleted folders are being automatically pointed to the
homedir, which disables them. They are not recreated on the next login
as intended.

A misplaced ~/Templates folder over a reboot permanently changes the TEMPLATES
path in ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs
