Fabio merely asked you to include a couple of attachments that are
specific to your environment and can give some much needed background
information. If you truly want to help, Please provide the files that
were asked of you. The reason it was changed from Confirmed to invalid
was because none of the standard required info was provided earlier.
Once you add them, you can reconfirm them. Please see this link for the
best practices that really help to escalate the triaging process.
