Qouting upstream file-roller developer: "this is done to support self- extracting archives, anyway you can fix this by setting wine as the default handler of .exe files. This is more a distribution bug than a file-roller bug." I agree with Scott Ritchie, that the ms-dos executable associations for file-roller should be removed.
