quickly tutorial <template> should start the relevant tutorial. It's not
starting any tutorial at all. I've tried quickly tutorial, quickly
tutorial ubuntu-application, quickly tutorial ubuntu-pygame.
Even (as stated when you run quickly getstarted),
~$ quickly create ubuntu-application foo
~$ cd foo
~$ quickly tutorial
only creates the application but the tutorial doesn't run.
