libdbi-drivers has been in universe and debian for a long time.
Rationale:
While not a "Dependency" of libdbi, libdbi is useless without these
drivers.
Security:
There are no known CVE's for libdbi-drivers. These are fairly straight
forward C plugins for libdbi and do not install any executables.
Quality assurance:
The package is well maintained, though it is one point release behind
upstream.
