The support team at http://funnyordie.com/ helped me find the answer. Their answer is:
Go to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html (this is the website from Adobe company), and make sure you have checked "Allow third party flash content to store data on your computer". That should let you watch flash players. This works. I notice that the latest version of Flash Player 10 crashes sometimes. Has someone reported Flash Player 10 crashing? If it has been reported, can you send me a link to it? If there is a bug report for the crashing, how did you find it? Should I consider the crashing a security threat? If the crashing has not been reported, how do I go about reporting it? Should I be the one to close this bug? (602558) If so, how do I close a bug? Thanks again for all of your help. -- Flash Player does not show any indication of the video https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/602558 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
