Public bug reported:

At my university campus, the wireless internet is secured with WPA2 and TTLS
PAP for logging in using student credentials.
my laptop running lucid 10.04 (an EEEPC 1000H with Ralink RT2860 wireless card)
will sometimes connect after resuming from standby, but otherwise just
continuously ask for credentials after trying to connect for a while.
I have tried this on another laptop running lucid and it works fine.

steps to reproduce:
1 power on laptop
2 try to connect to university secured wireless network using network manager
3 wait while it tries to connect, fails, then asks for credentials again.

steps to reproduce a possible connection after resuming from standby:
1 wake laptop from suspend-to-ram
2 try to connect to university secured wireless network using network manager
3 wait while it tries to connect and sometimes succeeds.

4 disconnect from network
5 try to connect to university secured wireless network using network manager
6 wait while it tries to connect, fails, then asks for credentials again.

Syslogs for a successful connection after resuming from standby:

And an unsuccessful connection: http://nm.pastebin.com/4jF8NXk1

note, there is a line that shows "kernel: [10324.492055] ERROR!!!
RTMPCancelTimer failed, Timer hasn't been initialize!" in both logs im
not sure if this is related to bug 376577
