Your PPD file is for a completely wrong printer model (HP 910). I have
exactly the same printer and cannot reproduce your problem. system-
config-printer always selects the correct PPD for me, both when
connecting the printer to the USB and waiting for the system to create a
queue by itself and also when connecting it via the network (WLAN) and
creating a queue with "Add printer" in system-config-printer.

Can you tell me how you created the print queue, step by step?

Can you also attach the output file of

lpinfo -m > ppd-list.txt

and post the output of

dpkg -l | grep system-config-printer
dpkg -l | grep hplip
