applies to Audacious (GTKui) only, Audacious does NOT suffer this issue. Playback options: Repeat, Shuffle, etc. do not remain after closing the program. Must be re-enabled on each restarting of Audacious (GTKui).
In Audacious (GTKui) Preferences i tried to enable "Continue playback on startup" under the Playback options, no change to the Playback settings however.
