Public bug reported: Binary package hint: util-linux
/etc/fstab has the following line: LABEL=IAUDIO /media/audioplayer/ vfat uid=1000,gid=1000,noatime,nls=utf8,sync,user 0 0 if you run: mount /media/audioplayer then it gives you the error: mount: can't find /media/audioplayer in /etc/fstab or /etc/mtab However, the problem is actually the nls=utf8, which vfat doesn't support. In dmesg it says: [11610.081002] FAT: Unrecognized mount option "nls=utf8" or missing value Is it possible to get this error corrected? It's not that it can't find /media/audioplayer in fstab (clearly it can), but it's an option issue.
