i think i figured out. before my Update Manager is started, I enabled Ubuntu Tools (restricted such as flash,mp3,avi from Ubuntu Software Center). thus before everything is enabled (applying status is running), I ran Update Manager to update system. and finally end up clashing. I believe Ubuntu should take care of mutual clash. Later I Logged off and re run update manager to apply updates successfully
