Sokai, sorry I have been busier at work and home than very early in this
thread and have not had time to even try. That's why I had stuck with
Karmic until Maverick came along. But from my past experience it is
fairly difficult to make this work and it will break every time there is
a Kernel update to Lucid until what ever fix went into Karmic or
Maverick (likely different fixes) goes into the upstream Kernel.

If you really want to make it work on Lucid I guess you will have to
just walk backwards on this thread and start trying anything where
someone reported success. It is a bit of a moving target so the
suggestions early on in the bug likely don't apply any more. Good luck.
