Thank you for your suggestion. But I used several different devices and all available ports; they all show the same behaviour as described above. After dualbooting into Windows XP, USB 2 works normal. If I unbind ehci-hcd, also no problem (but USB 1 speed). Native USB 1 devices have no problem.
